The Very Best
Network Marketing Opportunity
The very best network marketing opportunity could
be one you've already heard of: Avon, Mary Kay, Herbalife.
Or it could be a dark horse you've never imagined.
The network marketing group sounds huge: over
$40 billion in annual sales. Sounds like a lot, doesn't it.
In truth, it is less than one percent of all sales in the US.
Sounds pretty small, doesn't it.
It's easy to say that the best Network Marketing
opportunity is the one that works for you. But you may not know
which one works for you. So, here are some guidelines
1. Make sure the product is
real.
Don't buy an "opportunity". If you do,
there won't be any "opportunity" there. Companies are in
business because they have good products. Your company should be
the same.
Any company that does not promote the value of
its product is a fraud. It is nothing more than a pyramid
scheme, and something you want to keep away from at all
costs.
It doesn't matter what the product
is. We have
some examples for you, but there are lots and
lots more exceptional products out there for you to
discover.
2. Make sure you are paid
mostly for your product sales, not for "selling" others on the
"opportunity".
In the best Network Marketing opportunity that I
ever worked with, I earned over 90% of my income from product
sales. Only 10% came from "selling the opportunity" to
others. It's an important distinction.
3. Make sure that
mandatory costs aren't draining your income.
Are seminars mandatory? Are monthly product
quotas mandatory? Are sales brochures or other advertising
mandatory? Check on those kinds of things. There are lots
of ways you can get ripped off before you ever see your
paycheck.
4. Don't pay more than
$300 to $500 for your initial costs.
Sure, there is an investment needed for many
companies, but the best network marketing companies aren't after your
money -- they are after your sales.
5. Watch out for high
income claims.
| The "best" is not necessarily the one who
can shout the loudest. Often it is the quiet
company. And those huge dreams are just that --
dreams. |
Be realistic and expect to work to build your
business.
6. Don't buy product
unless the company will buy it back.
The Direct Selling Association mandates that
member companies buy back all product at 90% of its costs within a
year of its sale. That's a big guarantee. If your company
doesn't offer that, it's not a member of the Direct Selling
Association. If it isn't a member of the Direct Selling
Association, ask why not.
7. Look for an
established company
About 90% of all network marketing companies fail
within three years. That's a huge number. If you have
invested your time, your energy, your website, your future in that
company, you are up a tree if they go out of business. Older
companies are just more stable.
8. Make sure there are
complimentary products and/or services you can feature on your
site.
Your affiliate company may be the core of your
business, but a whole lot of your income may well come from
complimentary products and services that you feature on your
site.
