Fresh Lead for Network
Marketing
It's fine and dandy to say that prospects come to
the website, but how do we create continuing fresh leads for Network
Marketing?
It would seem that once someone finds your site,
they see what they want to see and they go away. While this is
often true, there are a number of techniques that we use to entice
visitors to come back again, and to encourage them to invite their
friends.
Most importantly, we work to create a community on
the web. This is truly a faceless, emotionless blah sort of
technology. Giving it a personality isn't easy. But it is
important in terms of building a community. The more your visitors
become involved, too, the more of a personality your business can
have. Here are some of the things we can do:
Establish a newsletter, especially one that
responds to people's questions.
Encourage people to send in their comments about
your product, along with a picture of themselves.
Create a section on your site just for your
visitors. I know one very successful lady who created "Boo
Space" on her site for her guests to tell spooky stories. (This
is a spooky story site.)
Practice writing with an attitude. Any
attitude. It certainly breaks the monotony of the
web.
Create a blog with frequent updates that your
guests can look forward to checking out often.
When you've been online a while, and have a core
group, consider opening up a Back Room, with special materials for
those folks.
Invite articles from your guests.
Invite product reviews from your guests.
One gentleman with a beer site has brought in dozens and dozens of
regulars by designating them as "Beer Ambassadors". That was
clever.
This is one of the true secrets to generating fresh
leads for network marketing. People like to feel involved.
And when they do, they will tell their friends about it, and post
messages about it in chat rooms, and send emails to
relatives.
Then you've got a whole passel full of fresh
leads.
Give yourself time to build this type of
community. It doesn't happen overnight. It can take
months or even years. But it is well worth the work and
patience. One day you wake up and a real live business is sitting
on your desktop. It's cool.
