"Your network marketing internet business" has four
very important components:
- It is YOURs,
- It is a NETWORK MARKETING style business,
- It is INTERNET based, and
- It is a BUSINESS
IT IS YOURS
This is the single most important thing to
remember. It doesn't belong to an affiliate company. It
doesn't belong to an MLM company. It doesn't even belong to your
visitors.
It is yours, and yours alone.
"But don't all Amway sites belong to Amway?" you
ask. Emphatically:
NO!
There are some websites that are "company"
sites. These are websites that an affiliate or MLM company
provides so that you can sell product. Those sites do belong to
them. You are just using it, usually for a fee. With that
site, your visitors can actually order product.
But Your site ... that is a different
matter.
Your network marketing business will be built on
YOUR site, your way, with your selection of products, written the way
you like to write. You will promote it. You will benefit
from every sale it makes.
And if fifteen people had exactly the same product
idea as you do, I guarantee that all fifteen of you would have very
different websites. You each write different, like different
presentations, prefer different colors, choose different keywords.
It really will be your own very unique business.
IT IS A NETWORK MARKETING STYLE
BUSINESS
This is not MLM. But MLM may be part of
it.
This is not affiliate sales. But affiliate
sales may be part of it.
This is not ebook sales. But that too may be
part of it.
The very best Network Marketing internet business
pull from a wide range of revenue generating sources. It is called
"multiple streams of income". There is a tacit acknowledgement
that there isn't a full fledged roaring river for most products.
But there are lots of streams of income. And when you gather a
bunch of these together under one themed website, you have a very nice
business. (Ask any fisherman what happens when bunches of streams
merge.)
IT IS INTERNET
BASED
The old way of marketing in MLM and marketing
affiliates was to do it in person. Talk one to one, or in small
groups.
How would you like to talk with hundreds, or even
thousands of people every single day? That's what the internet
does for your business. It reaches out, literally around the globe, and
sits you down in front of people from all over the world.
Cool.
As you chat with them, and provide them with
valuable information, you also present them with buying
opportunities. Nothing pushy. But it's there if they want
it.
Very cool.
IT IS A BUSINESS
You will handle this business just like you would
handle any other business. You will keep financial records for tax
purposes. You will email people from your business email. If
you are lucky, you will set aside a special time and/or place where you
can work on your business.
This is much better than most businesses because
you have the flexibility of starting part time and working from
home. That means low start up costs, and lots and lots of
flexibility in your personal time.
I
worked for other people for over 30 years. Now that I've got a
network marketing internet business, I wouldn't trade for any other job
anywhere. At any price. The freedom and sense of
accomplishment that I have daily is just too important.
